Complete Rain effect tutorial

This tutorial teaches you how to create rain on images and water forms.

+ First you open a picture. I choose this:

+ Then add a layer above it and fill it with black. Got to filter/noise/add noise. Choose Gaussian blur.
Then go to filter/blur/motion blur and adjust the angle so it looks like natural rain falling from the sky.

The rain is done!

To make water droplets on close view, do this:

(I will use back the same picture.:D)

+ First, make a new layer. Then choose black and a brush (Hard round) And make shapes of water droplets like this:

+ Next, go to blending options by right clicking on the layer:

And choose Bevel and Emboss with options like this:

+ Then go to fill and make it = 0

End product!
