Clean Smudge Tutorial

This tutorial teaches you how to createa clean smudge effect useful for layouts etc.

+ First you open a picture. I choose this:

+ Duplicate the image by right clicking on the layer in the layers window and select duplicate. Then go to filter/noise/add noise and choose uniform. Then go to filter/blur/motion blur and it will become this: (a bit of a nightmare isn't it?)

+ Hext, change its opacity to your preference. I choose 60 percent.

Ta da! It is done. Nice and simple right?
