2. You cannot take anything from this site and claim it as your own.

3. You cannot distribute more than 5 of the stuff here. If you do, a link back near the graphic/multimedia etc is required.

4. No removing of links in any of the layouts.

5. I absolutely cannot tolerate direct linking! It has caused us many problems believe me!

6. No stealing of source codes from layouts!

7. Violation of the rules aka. Terms of conditions, will result in your site being in the blacklist!
