QUALITY

Requirements
+ Like what the award says, your site must be of quality, and have content.
+ At least 9 pages of content. (Because if there is only a few pages, how much
quality do you think the site could possibly hold?)
+ At most 4 broken links.
+ Pleasant, eye-catching layout.
+ (optional) Sign my guestbook. ;) Actually this doesn't really matter, but
it'll score extra points!

+Userfriendly? 30 to 49 marks will get bronze award.
50 to 80 will get silver award.
81 to 100 will get the gold award.
Note the official awards are harder different from the misc ones. They are judge
on a citeria.
The winner of gold awards will be displayed in the hall of fame.(Not yet up)
Those who fall below 30 will not get any award but are welcome to apply again.
