Sister:

+ Must put my link on all pages.
+ Most of the things on your site must be done by you. No stolen graphics or direct linking.
+ good amount of content.
+ Must have a 88x31 button for linking
+ Must update at least twice a month.
* No Hentai Allowed. Only mild nudity artistically done.
There is no hits requirement BUT I must like your site. Webmaster must be quite friendly too.
